RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY – WEAR KORA

We make every KORA tee to order.

Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, design preference, or minor colour differences caused by screen/display variations.

Size Exchange
We offer one size exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Undamaged
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product
If you receive the wrong product/size, or your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will provide a free replacement after verification.

To report an issue, contact support@wearkora.in via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video that starts from the sealed package, along with photographs where applicable.

Important: For damage, defect, or incorrect-product claims, the unboxing video is required for verification.
